Translyft has developped a small, very narrow lifting table, Translyft TR 500 S, specially designed for carts in the Danish Post. The table is standing at the floor and has a collapsed height of only 150 mm. The cart goes right over the table and is lifted up in order that each layer of yellow boxes can be easily pushed onto the roller conveyors at the other end of the table. In this way the heavy lifting is avoided and a quick flow of boxes is maintained during the whole day. The small, floor mounted table saves the cost and trouble of pit mounting, and you keep the possibility of redesigning your production layout whenever necessary.
