Mouse over the small photo will show larger photo The MITTCON range has been built out with a very interesting model, a double vertical lifting table with a capacity of 4000 kg. The platform size is 1700 x 900 mm, and the table has a travel of 2200 mm. Combined with the collapsed height of 500 mm the table comes up to a maximum height of 2700 mm when it is mounted on the floor. This strong table is equipped with a 4 kW motor and has a lifting speed of 57 mm/sec. The scissors are made of strong sheet metal and have very little deflection. This is of particular importance when the table is integrated in an advanced system where precision is crucial. The strong scissor arm bearings at the base frame and at the platform are of selflubricating material and maintenance free. The scissors are fitted with square slide bearings at the ‘loose’ end. The bearings spread the load over the square side of the block and even at full load no marking of the platform or the baseframe will take place. The slide bearings keep the runway clean as dirt and scrap are pushed off in front of the bearing. The bearings are guided and the table is very stable and resistant against side-way pushes. The hydraulic system is fitted with a pressure compensated lowering valve. Thus the lowering speed is the same, whether the table is loaded or unloaded. All cylinders have an emergency stop valve. Further, they have a top cap protecting the inner cylinder, and at the same time controlling the piston rod travel. The piston rod is hard-crome plated and the piston tube is honed. Our precision made quality cylinders have a very long life, even under intensive operating conditions. All MittCon lifting tables are CE marked and are in conformity with the security regulations within EU, also with regard to noise level which is below the limit of 70 dBA.
